Will stitching sit right on a cap?
Yes, with the right file. Caps sew from the center out on a curved surface, so tiny text and hairline detail get eaten. We resize and simplify the design so it holds shape on the front panel, and you see exactly how it will read on the proof.
We only need about a dozen
A dozen is where we start. Twelve pieces for DTF shirts and hoodies, twelve for embroidery on caps, polos and jackets. Small barn does not mean bad customer. Screen printing is the only thing with a bigger floor, and that is usually 48 or more.

We build it
Approved art goes to the machines. DTF for shirts and hoodies, embroidery for caps and workwear, screen printing on the qualifying bulk runs, usually 5 to 7 days.
Ship or deliver
The finished order goes out to you in Landrum, boxed by size so you are not sorting a heap of shirts on a tack room floor.
