The sponsor sent a terrible logo file
That happens on every event. Send whatever you have, a screenshot, a business card scan, a photo off a website. We tell you honestly whether it will print clean at size, and we redraw or clean it up before the proof goes back to you.
We only need about 40 shirts
That is a real order here. DTF and embroidery both start at 12 pieces, so a small committee or a first year event is not a problem. Screen printing is the one that needs volume, usually 48 and up, and we will say so if it fits your count better.
What if you miss our date
Turnaround is 5 to 7 days after proof approval, and we will tell you before you pay whether your date works with that window. If it is tight, we say so up front instead of taking the order and hoping. No surprise phone call the week of.

Print and stitch
DTF, embroidery or screen print depending on the piece. Production runs 5 to 7 days after approval, and the whole order is checked against your size breakdown.
Boxed and out
Shirts get sorted so your check-in table works, then the order ships or gets delivered. You know the ship date before we start printing.
