Uniform Programs for Union, SC that stay consistent
You are the one who has to make sure the new guy has a shirt with the right logo on Monday. We print and stitch work apparel for Union, SC crews, twelve pieces up.
Custom T-Shirt Printing and Embroidery for Union, SC
Somebody at your shop owns the shirt problem. New hire starts Monday, needs two polos and a hi-vis tee, and the guy who runs the line already has three other fires going. That person is who we build for. Printed Essentials handles custom t-shirt printing Union SC crews actually wear on the job, plus embroidery on hats and work shirts, and screen printing when the count gets big enough to justify it. We are family owned, based up in the Greenville Upstate, and we ship or deliver into Union and the rest of Union County. Twelve pieces gets you started. There is no rental contract, no weekly service fee, and no monthly minimum.
Three ways to get a logo onto a garment, and the right one depends on the garment. DTF printing is our specialty. The design gets printed on film, then heat pressed into the fabric, so a five color logo costs the same as a one color logo and there is no screen setup to pay for. That makes it the sensible pick for custom hoodies, tees and small department runs. Embroidery is what we put on hats, polos, jackets and workwear, because stitching survives a work week and a hot wash better than anything else. Screen printing comes out for qualifying bulk orders, generally from 48 pieces, where the per piece math starts winning.
The order sheets we see out of Union County lean industrial. Fab shops, electrical and mechanical contractors, landscaping outfits, machine shops, trucking and warehouse teams. Restaurants order front of house shirts and kitchen tees on separate schedules. Churches and ministries come in for volunteer shirts and outreach hoodies. Schools, teams and booster clubs order in seasons, and nonprofits order around events. What almost all of them share is a roster that changes. Somebody quits, somebody gets promoted into a different colored shirt, and two more start next month. So when people search embroidery Union SC or company shirts near me, the real question underneath is whether the second order will match the first.
Here is how we keep a uniform program from drifting. Your artwork is kept on file with the thread colors, stitch count and placement measurements locked to it. Garment styles and colors get written down by department, so shipping stays in gray and the install crew stays in navy. When you add three people in October, we pull the same file we used in March. Reorders do not start from scratch and they do not need a new proof round unless you change something.
What Goes Into a Union County Uniform Program
Six things we get asked for most by industrial accounts. Mix them however your departments need, and keep the same logo running across all of them.
Everyday Department Tees
The shirt that takes the beating. We print your logo with DTF so colors stay bright through repeated hot washes, and we can run different shirt colors for different departments inside the same twelve piece order.
Hoodies and Crewnecks
Cold mornings on a job site sort out which hoodie was worth buying. We print heavyweight pullovers and zip fronts with a chest logo, a full back, or both, and we keep the file so next winter is a reorder.
Embroidered Caps and Beanies
Hats are the piece people keep. We stitch logos onto structured caps, rope hats, trucker styles and beanies, matching thread to your brand colors as closely as the thread line allows, then note the exact colors for the next run.
Embroidered Polos and Workwear
Left chest logo, name above the pocket if you want it, on polos, button downs, softshells and work jackets. Stitching holds up to a wash cycle that would fade a print, which is why supervisors and service techs usually end up here.
Bulk Screen Printing
When the count climbs past 48 and the design holds to a few spot colors, screen printing brings the per shirt price down hard. Good fit for annual safety shirt buys, plant wide handouts and anything you order the same way every year.
Event and Fundraiser Apparel
Company picnics, safety milestone shirts, charity runs and church outreach. We build one design, quote it across a couple of garment options, and get it back to you inside five to seven days after you approve the proof.
The Reasons People Stall
Four things that usually come up before a uniform program gets started, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.
Will the reorder match what we have?
That is the whole reason we keep a spec sheet on your account. Artwork file, thread colors, stitch placement, garment style numbers and the sizes each department runs. A reorder pulls from that sheet, so shirt number 61 is built to the same instructions as shirt number one.
We add people every single month
Then order in batches instead of once a year. Most industrial accounts run a standing onboarding batch, twelve or twenty four pieces at a time, sized to cover the next few hires plus a couple of spares. Turnaround is five to seven days after proof approval, so a new hire is not waiting long.
Twelve pieces is more than we need
Twelve is the floor for DTF and for embroidery, but the twelve do not have to be identical. Mix mens and womens cuts, mix sizes, mix a few shirt colors across departments. Stock the extras. Nobody has ever regretted having two spare XLs in the supply closet.
You are not based in Union
Correct. We work out of the Greenville Upstate and serve Union and Union County by shipping or delivering the finished order. Proofs go by email, so approvals happen from a phone in a truck. Nothing about this job requires you to drive anywhere or take a morning off the floor.
From Roster to Delivered Boxes
Send the roster
Tell us headcount by department, what each group should wear, and send whatever logo file you have. A phone photo of an old shirt works to start.
We quote it
You get a price per piece per department, with the method that fits each garment noted, plus what changes if the count moves up or down.
Approve the proof
We send a digital proof showing logo size, placement and colors on each garment. Look it over, ask for changes, and approve when it is right.
Production and delivery
Five to seven days after approval the order is done and on its way to you, and your specs stay on file for every batch after this one.

Joseph KellerQuestions From Union Buyers
Yes. Union and all of Union County are in our regular service area. We print DTF on tees and hoodies from twelve pieces, embroider hats, polos and workwear from twelve, and run screen printing on qualifying bulk orders. Orders ship or get delivered, and you can start by calling (864) 800-6445.
Five to seven days after you approve the proof. The clock starts at approval, not at the first email, so the fastest way to keep it short is to send usable artwork and look at the proof the day it lands. We will not quote you same day or next day work.
That is normal here. Warehouse in gray tees, field techs in navy polos, supervisors in embroidered button downs, everyone carrying the same logo. We can mix garments and colors inside one order as long as the total hits the minimum for the method being used on each group.
Send what you have. Vector art is ideal and a clean high resolution image usually works. If all you have is a photo of a shirt or a faded business card, tell us and we will look at it before quoting. We will say plainly whether it can be used or needs redrawing.
Depends on the garment and the abuse. DTF gives you full color at no extra cost and sits well on cotton tees and hoodies. Embroidery is the stronger choice on hats, polos, jackets and heavy workwear because thread does not crack or fade. Plenty of accounts run both, printed tees for the crew and stitched polos for the office.
