What Gets Stitched
Hats, Polos And Jackets, Done Properly
Embroidery is the finish people notice without knowing why. A stitched logo sits on the garment instead of on top of it, and it outlasts the shirt it is on.
We run left chest logos on polos and button downs, front panels on caps and trucker hats, leather patches, sleeve marks and back yokes on jackets. Every piece gets looked at by a person before it is boxed.

Per piece, standard left chest logo under roughly 6,000 stitches, adult sizes S through XL. New artwork carries a one time $25 digitizing charge and the same file gets reused free on every order after that. Names, sleeves, extra locations and oversized logos are quoted separately.

Answers Before You Send Anything
Twelve pieces. That is the same minimum we run on printing, and it is low enough that a small crew or an office order works without pushing you into a quantity you do not need.
Embroidery machines cannot read a logo file the way a printer can. The artwork has to be converted into a stitch file first, and that is a one time $25 charge on new artwork. Once your logo is digitized we keep the file and reuse it free on every order after that.
Most embroidered polo and hat orders run 7 to 10 business days from proof approval. If you are up against a date, say so on the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
