Screen printing carries a setup cost, and then the per shirt price keeps dropping as the run gets longer. That is the whole trade. It is the wrong answer for two dozen shirts and the right answer for two hundred.
So we run it on qualifying bulk orders from around 48 pieces, and we print everything below that digitally instead. If you send us a quantity where the other method is cheaper for you, we will say so.

Answers Before You Send Anything
Screen printing is available on qualifying bulk orders and typically starts around 48 pieces. Below that the setup cost outweighs the saving, so we print digitally instead and our minimum there is 12 pieces.
Because most of the cost is in the setup rather than the shirt. Once the screens are burned and the press is dialed in, each additional shirt costs very little, so the per piece price falls as the run gets longer.
Screen printing is quoted per job and color count is part of that maths, so more colors can move the number. On our digital printing full color is included and color count does not change the price at all. We will tell you which route is cheaper for your specific design.
Most printed orders run 5 to 7 business days from proof approval. Very large runs or unusual garments can take longer and we will give you a real date with the quote rather than after you have paid.
