Most people arrive asking for screen printing because it is the phrase they know. What they actually want is a good shirt at a fair price on time.
So we make that call for you. Full color art and smaller runs go through our DTF printing, which lays down every color in the design with a soft hand that does not crack. Big single design runs go to screen printing, which gets cheaper the more you order and starts making sense around 48 pieces. Hats and polos get embroidered.

Twelve pieces on printed apparel and twelve on embroidery. Screen printing is available on qualifying bulk orders and typically starts around 48 pieces, since that is where the setup starts paying for itself.
On our published budget tier, a left chest print runs $11.00 a shirt at twelve pieces and $5.25 a shirt at ninety six. Softer and premium garments cost more and every tier is listed on the pricing page. Your exact number depends on garment, quantity, print size and locations.
Most printed orders run 5 to 7 business days from proof approval, and embroidery runs 7 to 10. If you have a hard date, put it on the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable before you commit.
No. Send whatever you have, including a phone photo of an old shirt. If the file needs work we will tell you what it needs and what it costs before we touch it.
Sizes yes, that is normal and included across standard adult S through XL. 2XL and up carry an upcharge. Mixing garment styles or multiple designs in one order can change the price, so put it on the quote form and we will price it properly.
