Team Apparel for Belton, done before the season
Your first game is on the calendar and it is not moving. We print rosters, numbers and names on shirts, hoodies and hats for Belton teams, with a proof you approve before anything runs.
Custom T-Shirt Printing and Embroidery for Belton Teams
The date is the whole problem. Pictures are Thursday, the tournament is the weekend after, and the banquet is already printed on a flyer somewhere. Everything else about a team order bends around that one fixed day, so we work backward from it. Tell us when the shirts have to be in hands and we will tell you honestly whether the art, the roster and the sizes can get there, or what has to change so they do. Printed Essentials handles custom t-shirt printing for Belton and the rest of Anderson County, and most orders run 5 to 7 days after you approve the proof.
DTF printing is what makes a roster order work. Direct to film means every shirt in the run can carry a different name and a different number with no extra screen and no extra setup, so twenty two players and four coaches cost the same per shirt as twenty six identical ones. Colors stay bright on dark tees and custom hoodies. Embroidery covers the other half of the season, stitched into hats, quarter zips, polos and coaches jackets where thread outlasts anything printed. And when the count gets big, the fan shirts, the fundraiser run, the 48 plus batch, screen printing brings the per piece price down. Twelve pieces is the minimum on DTF and embroidery.
Booster clubs order for the parents. Team parents order for the players. Coaches order because nobody else did. The people we talk to in Belton are usually volunteers with a job, a family and a group chat full of sizes, and they are not shopping for a design consultation, they want someone to make the thing and hit the date. We also print for youth leagues, travel clubs, cheer and dance programs, band and drama boosters, alumni groups and the small businesses that sponsor them. Same shop, same company shirts, same embroidery Belton SC customers come back for when the next season starts.
The money is usually the messy part. Parents pay one at a time, at different times, and the club ends up fronting a bill it has not collected yet. Collect first, then order, and set your collection price a little above your per piece cost so the group keeps something. We give you a written per piece number early, so you have a real figure for the sign up sheet instead of a guess.
The Things That Usually Go Wrong
Most team orders do not fall apart at the printer, they fall apart at the roster, the money or the calendar.
Our date cannot move.
Then say the date first, before the design talk. Typical turnaround is 5 to 7 days after proof approval, and that clock does not start until the proof is approved. If your date leaves less room than that, tell us up front and we will be straight about what is possible.
Two players still have not paid.
Order what is collected. We would rather print 19 now and add a small run later than hold the whole thing hostage for two families. A second run costs a bit more per piece, but it beats showing up to the first game with nobody in a shirt.
The roster changes after we order.
It always does. Send the final name and number list at proof time and treat that as the cutoff. Anything added after becomes a separate small order, and because DTF carries no screen setup, a run of three replacement shirts is not painful to price.
Nobody here can make artwork.
You do not need to. A phone picture of last year's shirt, a logo pulled off an old flyer, or a sketch on notebook paper is enough to start. We clean it up and send a proof back, and nothing prints until you look it over and say yes.
What People Say
"Ordered 10 shirts and a hoodie. Excellent quality and service. Will definitely be using again in the future. A++"
Johnny"Extremely responsive, friendly and can get things done for you in a crunch! Needed them for something last minute and they came through."
Dustin Littrell"Where I get all the embroidery and printing done for my company. Love the quality! Unbeatable prices too."
Elias AcevedoWhat Teams Order Most
Six things cover almost every season. Mix them however your roster and your budget need, as long as each item clears the 12 piece minimum.
Player and Fan T-Shirts
Cotton and blend tees printed with your logo on the front and a name and number on the back. Every shirt can be different at no extra cost, which is the whole reason rosters work on DTF.
Hoodies and Sweatshirts
Warmups, sideline hoodies and crewnecks for cold Friday nights. Heavier fabric takes a bold print well, and left chest plus full back is the layout most clubs land on. Pullover or full zip.
Embroidered Hats and Beanies
Stitched caps for coaches, staff and the parents who want something they will still wear in July. Thread holds its shape through weather and washing, and a simple mark reads better on a hat than a busy one.
Polos and Coaches Jackets
Embroidered polos, quarter zips and jackets for the people running the program. Left chest logo, an optional name on the other side, and a look that passes at a school meeting or a tournament check in.
Bulk Screen Printing
When the count clears 48 and the design stays the same on every piece, screen printing is the cheaper road. Ink lays into the fabric and holds up to a season of washing. Good for fan shirts and giveaways.
Fundraiser and Event Apparel
Shirts you sell to raise money, tournament merch, senior night gear and end of season keepsakes. We can hold the artwork on file so next year is a reorder instead of starting over from nothing.
How a Team Order Runs
Give Us the Date
Call or send the form with your in hands date, the piece count and a rough idea of what you want on it. Twenty seconds of work.
Price and Sizes
We send a per piece price you can put on the sign up sheet, then you collect sizes, names and numbers while we get the art ready.
Approve the Proof
You get a proof showing placement, colors and spelling. Check the names twice, because approval starts the production clock and locks the roster list.
Print and Deliver
Production runs 5 to 7 days, then your order ships or gets delivered. There is no storefront to drive to, which saves your group a trip.
Team and Booster Club Questions
Yes. DTF handles variable names and numbers without a per design setup, so a 24 player roster with 24 different backs prices the same as 24 matching shirts. Send the list in a spreadsheet or a text message, with sizes sitting next to names, and we will match them piece for piece.
Twelve pieces for DTF printing and twelve for embroidery. Screen printing usually starts around 48 because of the setup involved. If your roster is smaller than twelve, add coaches, managers, siblings or a few extras to sell at the concession table and you will clear the minimum without much effort.
Plan on 5 to 7 days after you approve the proof, plus however long your group takes to collect sizes and money, which is usually the longer half. Starting two to three weeks out from your date gives you room. Reorders of artwork we already have on file move quicker, since the art step is done.
We invoice the group, not each family, so the club or the team parent collects and pays as one order. Most groups run a sign up sheet or a simple online form at a set price per shirt, keep a dollar or two over cost, and hand us one payment at the end.
We work out of the Greenville Upstate with groups all over Anderson County, Belton included. There is no public storefront, so orders ship or get delivered and nobody has to leave practice early to go pick up boxes. Call (864) 800-6445 or email info@printedessentials.com to get a date on the books.
