Our budget is per person
Say the number. If everybody has fifteen dollars, we will tell you what fifteen dollars buys and what changes if it becomes eighteen. Garment choice, print size and quantity all move the price, and we would rather adjust up front than send a quote that dies.
Nobody here can make a real logo
Send whatever exists. A phone photo of a sketch, a screenshot, a file somebody made two years ago. We clean it up and send back a proof you can look at before anything gets printed. You are not stuck because your art is rough.
You are not in Central

Quote and Garments
You get a price against a real garment, not a guess. If it misses the budget, we swap the blank or the print and requote.
Proof and Approval
We send artwork showing placement and size. One person signs off. The five to seven day production window starts from that approval.
Print and Deliver
Your order gets printed or stitched, checked against the size sheet, then shipped or dropped to whoever is handling distribution on your end.
Questions Officers Ask Us
Plan on five to seven days of production after the proof is approved, plus shipping or delivery time. The part groups underestimate is the approval itself. If your design sits in a group chat for two weeks, that is two weeks added. Approve fast and the timeline holds.
Sizes yes, always, and a mixed size run does not change the price the way people expect. Shirt colors are different. Every ink color change on a screen print run costs setup, so mixing garment colors is easy on DTF and gets more expensive on screen printing. Ask before you promise the group a rainbow.
Yes. We hold your file, so when the next group of officers comes in they are not rebuilding the logo from scratch. Reorders are usually a short message with a new count. That continuity is worth more than people realize when leadership turns over every year.
That is your call. Most organizations collect from members first and then pay us as one order, which is cleaner for everybody. We invoice the organization and work with one contact. Whoever that contact is should be somebody who answers messages, because the order moves at their speed.
Reorder any time as long as you hit the twelve piece minimum again. Blank availability can shift between runs, so a garment might get discontinued or a color might go out of stock. If that happens we tell you and find the closest match rather than substituting quietly.
