That is normal and we plan for it. Your artwork, thread colors and roster file stay on hand, so a mid-season add is a short run off the same setup instead of a brand new job. Send the name, number and size and we go from there.
Parents want to pay individually
Collect from families whatever way your club already does it, cash, an app, a sign up sheet, then place one order and settle it once. That keeps the 12 piece minimum easy to hit and keeps your treasurer out of twenty separate transactions during a season.
We only need a handful of shirts
The minimum is 12 pieces for DTF and 12 for embroidery, but those 12 do not have to be identical. Mix youth and adult sizes, mix shirts and hoodies, and put a different number on every single one. It still counts as one order.

Send the roster
Give us the design, the garment you want and a simple list of names, numbers and sizes. A spreadsheet or a photo of a handwritten sheet both work.
We proof it
You get artwork back showing placement and sizing, plus the roster typed out so you can catch a misspelled name before it exists on a shirt.
Approve and print
Once you sign off, production runs. Typical turnaround is 5 to 7 days after proof approval, and personalized pieces are checked against your list.
Ship or deliver
Everything arrives sorted so handing gear out takes minutes. Files stay on record for late additions, second colorways and next season.
Team and Booster Club Questions
Yes. With DTF each garment is its own transfer, so personalization does not add a setup charge the way traditional methods do. Send the list once and we print each piece to match it. The only real cost of a personalized order is the extra care in checking, and that is on us, not on your invoice.
We print for teams, booster clubs, PTOs, clubs and school groups across Pickens County. Keep in mind that official logos and marks usually need permission from the organization that owns them, so bring written approval if you are using one. Original designs and generic town or sport lettering are no problem at all.
Typical turnaround is 5 to 7 days after you approve the proof, so build a little runway in before your first game or your fundraiser deadline. Rosters that arrive complete move fastest. The slow part is almost never printing, it is waiting on a final list of names and sizes to come back from families.
