UNIFORM PROGRAMS FOR PARKER SC

Uniform Shirts That Match Order After Order

The second run has to look like the first one, or your crew looks mismatched on a job site. We build repeatable industrial uniform programs for Parker companies, with logo files, thread colors and placements locked in writing.

Industrial Uniform Programs for Parker, SC Crews

Most shops can print one good batch. The trouble starts in month four when you hire three guys and need three more shirts that look identical to the twenty already in the truck. Wrong thread, wrong navy, logo an inch too high, and now your crew looks like two different companies. That is the problem we solve for Parker businesses. Every uniform order we run gets a spec sheet, the approved art file, thread numbers, garment style and color, and exact placement measurements. When you reorder, we pull the file instead of guessing. If you have been searching custom t-shirt printing Parker or embroidery Parker SC because your last vendor drifted, that drift is what we are built to stop.

Three methods cover almost every uniform program. DTF printing handles full color logos on t-shirts and hoodies without screen fees, so a twelve piece reorder costs the same per shirt whether the art has two colors or twenty. Embroidery is what most trades want on hats, polos, jackets and workwear, because stitched thread survives wash cycles and mud better than any print. Screen printing comes in on qualifying bulk orders, usually from 48 pieces, when you are stocking a season of shirts at once and want the lowest per piece number. We will tell you which one fits your run instead of pushing you toward whichever machine is open.

The uniform side of our work runs heavy toward trades and construction crews, HVAC and plumbing outfits, landscapers, electricians and service companies with trucks on the road around Parker and the rest of Greenville County. Restaurants order front of house polos and back of house tees on different schedules. Schools and booster clubs need staff shirts that match year to year. Churches, ministries and nonprofits come to us for volunteer apparel, and retailers want company shirts their staff will actually wear. Different customers, same underlying need. They want custom hoodies and company shirts that show up looking like the last batch, in sizes that fit real people, without a fight over art files.

Department variants are where programs usually break. Office staff in one color, field crews in another, supervisors with a different placement, and half of them carrying name patches or stitched first names. We keep each variant as its own line on your spec sheet, so adding a name to shirt number 34 does not reset everything else. Tell us the department and the name, and the rest is already on file.

What Goes Into a Parker Uniform Program

Six things make up most of what we print and stitch for Parker companies. Mix them however your departments need, and we will keep each one on spec.

Daily Wear T-Shirts

The shirt your crew burns through. DTF printing puts a full color logo on cotton or blend tees with no screen charges, which keeps a twelve piece top up order priced the same as the original run.

12 piece minimum Full color art Easy reorders

Hoodies and Sweatshirts

Cold morning layer for outdoor crews. Custom hoodies take the same logo as your tees so the fleet looks consistent, and we can print the front, add a back panel, or stitch the chest instead.

Embroidered Hats and Beanies

Stitched caps hold up to sun, sweat and the inside of a work truck. We set the digitized file once, then every future hat order pulls the same stitch count, thread numbers and placement.

Polos and Workwear

Polos, button downs, work shirts and jackets, embroidered left chest with the company mark and a name on the opposite side when you want it. This is the backbone of most industrial uniform programs we run.

Bulk Screen Printing

When you are stocking a full season at once, screen printing on qualifying orders from about 48 pieces brings the per shirt cost down. Best for simple logos in one to three colors across a large size run.

Event and Fundraiser Apparel

Safety week shirts, company picnic tees, charity runs and school fundraisers. Same spec discipline, shorter life span. We can run these off your existing uniform art or build something separate for the occasion.

The Things That Go Wrong With Uniforms

Four failures kill a uniform program, and every one of them has cost somebody money before they called us.

Will the reorder match the first run?

That is the whole point of the spec sheet. Garment brand, style number, color, thread numbers, print size and placement measurements all get recorded on your first approved order. The reorder runs off that record, not off memory. If a mill discontinues a garment we tell you before we print, not after.

We only need a few shirts

Minimum is 12 pieces for DTF and 12 for embroidery, and those 12 can be split across sizes and even across departments in most cases. Screen printing needs more, usually 48 and up. If you are below the minimum we will say so instead of quietly padding the order.

Our logo file is a mess

Common. Most companies hand us a logo pulled off a website or a photo of an old shirt. We clean it up or rebuild it for print and stitch, then send a proof before anything runs. Once it is approved that file becomes the one we use every time.

How long until we have them?

Typical turnaround is 5 to 7 days after you approve the proof. Names and department variants do not usually add time as long as the list comes in with the order. Tell us your date up front and we will tell you straight whether it works.

How a Uniform Order Runs

1

Tell Us the Roles

Send your logo, headcount by size, and which departments need which color. If you have name patches or stitched names, send that list too.

2

Quote and Garment Picks

We price the run and recommend garments that hold up to the work. You get options at more than one price point before anything is locked.

3

Proof and Spec Sheet

You approve a visual proof with placement and sizing marked. That approval becomes the spec sheet we keep on file for every reorder after it.

4

Print, Stitch, Deliver

Production runs 5 to 7 days after approval. Orders ship or get delivered, sorted the way you asked, usually boxed by department or by size.

Uniform Questions We Get From Parker

Yes. Approved art, digitized embroidery files, thread numbers and placement measurements stay on your account after the first order. When you call for more, we reference that record rather than starting over. It is the reason a second run of company shirts looks like the first one, and it costs you nothing to have us hold it.

We can stitch first names, last names or full names on polos, jackets and work shirts, and we can do name patches when you want them removable or replaceable. Send the name list with your order in a spreadsheet or an email, matched to sizes, and we will run them together with the rest of the batch.

No. We are based in the Greenville Upstate and serve Parker along with the rest of Greenville County. There is no public storefront to visit. Orders ship out or get delivered, and everything before that happens by phone, email and proof approval, which is how most of our uniform accounts prefer to work anyway.

Embroidery, on anything that takes abuse. Stitched thread on a polo or a jacket outlives the garment in most cases. DTF printing is tougher than people expect and it wins on full color art and on cost, so it is the right pick for tees and hoodies. Most programs use both.

That is how most uniform accounts run. You do not have to buy a year of inventory up front. Order 12 or more when you hire, when something wears out, or when a department changes. Because the specs are saved, a batch ordered in March still matches the ones from the previous fall.
