Most of the questions we get from trades come down to four things, and none of them are about price alone.
The last print cracked after a month.
That is usually plastisol laid thick on a cheap shirt, or heat pressed vinyl. DTF sits in the fibers and flexes, and embroidery has nothing to crack at all. For hi-vis and daily wear shirts we will tell you straight which one your artwork should run on.
We only need a dozen shirts.
Twelve is our minimum on both DTF and embroidery, so a dozen is a real order, not a favor. Small crews order this way all the time. Screen printing is the one that needs volume, usually 48 and up, and we will say so if it fits better.
Our logo file is a mess.
Most of them are. A photo of a truck door, a business card scan, something a nephew made in 2011. Send what you have and we will work out whether it can be cleaned up for stitching or needs redrawing before the proof goes back to you.
You are not in Berea.
No shop address to walk into, and that is on purpose. We run out of the Greenville Upstate and either ship your order or deliver it, which keeps overhead off your invoice. Everything else, artwork, proofs, sizing and roster names, happens by phone and email.

Approve the Proof
You get a proof showing placement and size before anything is printed or stitched. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on it.
Production and Delivery
Typical turnaround is 5 to 7 days after proof approval. Your order ships or gets delivered, and we sort it so the crew is not digging through one pile.

Twelve pieces, same as the rest of our embroidery work. That covers softshells, canvas jackets, quarter zips and vests. You can mix sizes freely inside those twelve. If you want two different jacket styles in one order, ask us, because it depends on whether the stitch file works on both.
Plan on 5 to 7 days once the proof is approved, and remember that the clock starts at approval, not at your first email. If your artwork needs rebuilding or you are slow getting back on the proof, that time is on the front end. Order jackets before the weather turns.
