Twelve shirts is more than we need
Twelve is the floor for DTF and for embroidery, and most groups hit it once officers, volunteers and a few spares are counted. If you truly cannot, order twelve and hold the extras. Spare shirts get used at the next event more often than people expect.
We are collecting money from members
That is why we quote per piece up front. You get a firm number by size and count, so whoever is collecting can post one price and not eat a shortfall. Nothing changes after approval unless you change the order yourself.
Our logo file is a mess
Almost all of them are. A low resolution JPEG pulled off a Facebook page is the most common starting point we see. We clean it up or redraw it so the edges are sharp at print size, then show you the proof so you can confirm it still looks like your logo.

Send the logos you have collected and we will lay them out so they read at a normal distance, then keep the file set up so adding a late sponsor is a small change rather than a redesign.
No. Printed Essentials is a family owned shop based in the Greenville Upstate and we serve Sans Souci and the rest of Greenville County from there. There is no public storefront to visit.
